This is not the first time I notice superb quality of services in the US, but I still get surprised. This time it was home delivery of New York Times (5 week days editions). Following week after I subscribed I received only one issue of the paper, so I sent them an email on Friday. They replied Saturday with apologies and promises to look into the matter and refund some of the money. The outcome is yet to be seen, but I certainly like the promptness and the fact they unconditionally refund for the paper issues I didn’t get.
